From my previous experience of wearing my swim rio and thong swimsuit in the sports center pool, I was on an elated plane to say the least. The next excursion would be wearing a thong at the beach with the wife’s family who’d come for vacation alongside me.
I had ordered some JOR swim thongs for just this occasion as I wanted to get wider tan lines than my usually thong swimsuits. I’d implied that I’d been wearing a thong and also shared a photo of me wearing my Asos thong swimsuit with my wife, both of which was met with a slight shock and muted acceptance.
When it came to wearing thongs at the beach with family however, there was resistance and disdain as it wouldn’t be appropriate and that it should be done while it was just us instead, meaning our own little family.
That has been the outlook for most interactions when it comes to this matter I’m afraid. Alongside which, the weariness of always being out and other family drama has made even probing or trying to surmount this very tedious to emotionally draining. I will keep posted on this and other items around this piece as time allows.
